resizing gifs

Hi! I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a program that can resize animated gifs. I was hoping to resize this

to 40x40. I tried online resize websites but they always come out blurry. I also want to focus on her face, not the entire image. Thanks in advance! :)

Well, I can only recommend Photoshop (I work with CS5 myself). You can make gifs with it, resize them, cut them, colour them and much more.

I don't really know an online websites that provides help, when you want to make/edit a gif.

wait, how do you do that in Photoshop? I've tried opening existing gifs in there, but they just came out as single layered.

Import -> Video Frames to Layers -> type your file name and select it, then for Files of Type, choose "Quicktime Movie" then open! :)
That's for windows. Not sure if Mac has a different way of opening animated gifs. :)

actually you dont need to import video. İf you have adobe photoshop cs5 , file - open your gif.it'll show up with frames.Than you can click edit - image size , change your gif's size.Lastly , dont forget the click save for web d. and choose gif/256 colors :)
