I screencapped a video I got from Youtube today with KMPlayer. Everything went fine, it all worked and the screencaps came out perfect. When I was done with that little project, I started with another video. Downloaded from Youtube and saved as an mp4 just like the first video, only when I started to play it back in KMPlayer I'm getting mostly a full grey screen with the occasional glimpse of the video.
The video plays fine on my computer with other programmes, it's just KMPlayer that won't open it. I'm having the same problem with three videos, but then it'll play other mp4s just fine.
What I'm seeing is either a completely grey screen or the images below, but the audio plays fine.
