As always, each picture varies, but the steps I used below helped immensely with the ROCK AND READ issue featuring Aoi. Never be afraid to play with selective coloring; I achieved the results by doing just that! On to the tutorial~

Step One.
First, take your base and crop it, resize it, do whatever to it. After that's done, go to LAYERS → NEW LAYERS ADJUSTMENT → SELECTIVE COLOR. Enter the numbers, or smiliar number, below. This'll give it a washed out look so we can enhance the colors.
RED: +100 / -100 / -100 / -96
YELLOW: +27 / +24 / -62 / 0
GREEN: +100 / +100 / -100 / 0
NEUTRAL: +21 / +1 / -14 / +2
Step Two.
See? Now, we need to add some color to poor Aoi, so go to LAYERS → NEW LAYERS ADJUSTMENT → SELECTIVE COLOR, and enter the numbers below.
RED: -100 / +38 / +100 / 0
YELLOW: -100 / +57 / -50 / 0
WHITE: -54 / 0 / 0 / +8
NEUTRAL: +2 / 0 / 0 / -1
Now, he has some color, and he's not green~! You're all done!
