k first off crop your picture to 100x100 size and then sharpen it or whatever you usually do next
just know that this tut comes out diffrentley for every picture if your gonna use a screen cap i would recommend some screen layers
curves RGB
first point-input- 80, output 107
second point-input- 135, output 175
Fill layer
Fea6cd set that to screen -26%
Color balance
midtones- +20,-4,-10
shadows- +19,4,-8
highlights -8,-5,-2
at this point duplicate the base layer and drag it to the top and set it to Softlayer and i changed my ocupacity to around 23%
curves RGB again

output-132
Brightness/Contrast
b -22
c +14
and whalahh your done that wasent so bad was it? lol
k like i said it really depends on your picture with this kinda coloring
