2. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen @ 100%
3. Add Curves Layer.

First Input- 85
Output- 9
Second Input- 212
Output- 186
4. Add Brightness/Contrast Layer
B -3
C -17
5. Add Solid Color Layer with #cdb497 @Soft Light 100%
6. Then add your text.
