Number of steps: 6


1) Pick your picture and crop it.

2) Make a Gradient Layer with a corner of 45%, use these settings.

3) Curves layer set to:
Input: 52
Output: 76

Input: 138
Output: 129

Input: 187
Output: 198

4) A Color Fill layer #E4AE8C set to Saturation.

5) A Color Fill layer #524E4C set to Soft Light.

6) A Hue/Saturation layer set to:
Master; 0, +20, +15.


And then you are done!
