1. Crop your base to 100 x 100 pixels.
2. Duplicate yout base and set to Softlight 100 % Opacity.
3. Create a New Fill Layer and Fill with #280001 Exclusion 100% Opacity.
4, Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Colour

5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Colour Balnce
