Fill with #f1f34a, set to Soft Light at 100%

Set at 100% Opacity


Step 3
New Selective Color Layer

Yellows:-100,-100,-100,-20
Neutrals: 22,-4,-6,-3
Set the Opacity to 37%

New Selective Color Layer

Set to Color Burn at 100%

Duplicate the layer in step 6, but set it to 69% Opacity

Take this lovely icon texture by threeeyespei  


and set it to Multiply at 100%


Step 18
New Brightness/Contrast Layer
Brightness: 4
Contrast: 15


Copy Merge everything (Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E)
Set this to Soft Light at 5%


And that's it! I'd love to see results, and I'd be willing to upload a psd. Just tell me at my journal (feel_the_fire ) and I'll upload one. Also, this coloring does NOT work on every image. It often turns out very red, so you may need to adjust some of the settings
