1. Duplicate your "base" layer and set it to screen, 20%. *

2. Create a new color balance layer.

Midtones: -14 0 +4
Highlights: 0 0 +11

3. Create a new hue/saturation layer.

Master - Saturation: +28
Reds -  Saturation: +15
Yellows - Sat. : -6
Cyans - Sat. : + 25

4. Create a new selective color layer. Mode of the layer: EXCLUSION. Opacity: 10%

Reds: -35 -12 0 0
Cyans: +100 0 0 0
Whites: +50 0 -38 0

5. Create a new hue/saturation layer:

Master - Saturation: +23

6. OPTIONAL STEP. I didn't use it the Katy Perry base.

Create a new selective color layer, opacity: 40%.

Whites: 0 -100 -100 0
