First, you cut, crop, sharpen, or whatever you do with your image.

Duplicate the base and set it to screen at 20%



Duplicate the base again and set it to soft light at 50%


Layer > New Layer Adjustment > Curves...
Put two points.
1st point: I: 45 O: 60
2nd point: I: 93 O: 120


Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance...
Midtones: +26, +8, -19
Shadows: -45, +12, +34
Highlights: +12, +0, -12


Layer > New Layer Adjustment > Channel Mixer...
R: +89, -18, +24
G: -14, +39, +97
B: -9, +20, +83


Layer > New Layer Adjustment > Brightness/Contrast...
Brightness: -5
Contrast: +1


Make a new color fill layer as "dffdf8" and put to Color Burn at 100%


Layer > New Layer Adjustment > Selective Coloring...
Greens: +100, +100, -100, +100
Cyans: +100, 0, 0, 0
Blues: +100, 0, 0, +100
Whites: +96, +15, 0, +41
Neutrals: +100, +9, +25, -62
Blacks: +100, 0, 0, 100


Now, this step is strictly because I wanted Leo's blue eyes to pop out more. I duplicated the selective color I just made and erased the entire mask except for the irises of his eyes.
