Open and prepare your base ( I used a picture of Sam and Meg from supernatural).
Make a hue/saturation layer:
Master saturation: 20
Make a selective color layer:
R: -100 40 20 5
Y: -100 10 50 0
N: 0 0 0 -20
B: 0 0 0 5
Make another selective color layer:
R: -50 10 30 -15
Y: 0 10 100 0
C: 100 0 0 100
B: 100 0 0 0
W: 50 0 0 20
N: -5 -5 -5 0
B: 0 0 0 5
Last selective color layer:
R: -10 0 10 0
Y: 0 10 100 0
C: 100 0 0 0
N: 5 5 10 -20
