|o1|. Duplicate your base. Set it to Screen 100%.
|o2|. Make Selective Color layer and put this settings:

Reds: -100, 100, 100, 67
Yellows: 100, 100, -100, 100
Whites: 100, 0, 34, 0
Neutrals: 17, 13, 15, 4

|o3|. Make Vibrance layer.

vibrance: 45
saturation: 67

|o4|. Make Brightness/Contrast layer.

brightness: 23
contrast: -34

|o5|. Make Color Fill layer. Fill it with #4b2121 and set to Exclusion 58%.
|o6|. Make Channel Mixer layer.

Red: 100, 12, -12, -9

And done!
