Coloring


Hey....  I am using PS 7

I want to know how to get these colorings and effects of these three icons:
   

Unfortunately I didn't find the caps to the first two ones but here's the screencap to the third one:

I want to know 1st  how do I archieve this coloring and 2nd how do I create this effect above Leyton?
