blinkie problem

As you can see the second to last blinkie box is empty because of the letter 'I' being in the last box with the letter 'N'

The problem is that as soon as I have the letter 'I' and I want to move it a bit to the left or right so it shows up in the middle of the box. Then the letter does so in the first frame. But in the rest of the frames it moves completely to the right or to the left.
I tried selecting all frames and move it then. But then the same things happens.

Anyone knows how I can stop this from happening?

And I use photoshop CS3

Whenever I've had this problem, I've had to delete all the frames except the first one, move the letter where I want it in the frame, and then add the rest of the frames back.

I don't know if there's a better way to do it, but that's what I do.

I don't know if this will work, but try positioning the layer to where you want it, then with the layer highlighted, clicking the on the end of the animation palette. Choose 'match layer across all frames' from the menu that pops up, and make sure all the boxes are checked.
