Please help me .

Hey Guys :) i need help once again and for last time Thank you so much for the help. 

I am trying to make achieve this gif ,  http://i1114.photobucket.com/albums/k529/taxcha/landofart/tutorial5/youngfreshunisex1.gif 
I fellow the whole tut she have made , here is the link to the tut http://milledlavender.livejournal.com/8452.html#t242692 . I am having problem with last step , i don't know what she mean by  toggle the visibility of the first frame .i have spent two hours just trying to figure out . can someone please help.
