brush issues

i suck at icons. so i figure maybe getting some brushes could spruce things up.

i have winzip to unzip brushes and i don't know what to do. i don't know where to put them, or what to do with them.
i knwo how to, and can dwl fonts and insert those into psp7, but i am so lost about how to get brushes.

please help me, i am going insane over this.
