Making a picture into a brush

Is there anyway I can make a picture of whinnie the pooh into a brush? I know there is a tutorial on how to make a random picture into a brush I was just wondering if anyone knew where it was or how to do it? I am also looking for arrow brushes. I am working with PSP9.

Hi guys! I hope someone can help me [and I really hope this hasn't been answered before, or I'll just feel dumb.] I flipped through the memories, but didn't really find anything that could help me. Does anybody know of a good tutorial that shows how to make orangey/yellowish skin in pictures look flesh colored again? I've tried playing around with Curves [which I sort of hate] and saturation levels, but this doesn't work for every picture. I'm working with PSP8, if that helps. Thanks so much in advance!

Matching Skintones

I'm driving myself insane here!!! I'm trying to do a graphic for a friend & I want to match their skintones. Either Orlando's to Katie's or vice versa. No matter what I do I can't get them to match. Katie has this "glow" on her skin that is making it virtually impossible, unless someone can tell me how to achieve that same "glow" on Orlando.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can either get the "glow" on Orlando or make Katie's "glow" go away so she's more "flat" or "matte" finished like Orlando?

Screencapping DVDs

Hello, all!

Normally I just loiter round here reading comments or posting icon tuts, but this time I actually have a question. And I scoured the mems too, right down to the relevent sub-folder, but alas, no joy. So anyway...

I'm interested in capping some of my DVDs in order to make some animated icons. I only have Windows Media Player, Realplayer or BSPlayer on my computer, and for some reason I'm having a lot of trouble getting the files from the DVD into any of these programs. In one of the entries in the mems someone said you can't screencap DVDs in Realplayer, but does anyone know if you can in WMP or BSPlayer, and if so, how? When I open the DVD folder in Explorer, there are lots of .VOB files, are these the ones I need to be opening? (It's not working if it is!)

I can open WMP files, etc in BSPlayer, but I only have trouble when it comes to DVDs. Any help would be fantastic, thanks in advance!

I just downloaded Adobe Photoshop 7 for the first time, and I don't know how to download brushes. I tried, and they would all finish and then my Adobe program would pop up but I didn't see any brushes.

What am I supposed to do?

I've got a little problem. I need these pic to be 6 kb. I tried anything, but I don't know how I could do this. It's not the first time I tried and it would be good to know how to do it. Did it have any way to do this?

Just out of curiosity do you guys like icons (mainly cartoon) with borders, and if so how thick?
Also, do you guys like bases that are color enhanced a bit or do you like words/textures/brushes more?
Thank you!
