Organizing Fonts With A Program

I found this in the memories. I have Free & Easy Font Viewer, Font Viewer, Font Glancer, and The Font Thing installed on my machine. I also have 658 font files installed and probably the same amount that I would like to have access to.

What I would like to do is organize my fonts by 'genre' or style and only install them when I need them.

Is there a program that will help with this or will one of the programs I already have installed be able to help me do this?

This is very important to me because it has bothered me for sometime, please let me know if there is any clarification needed. Thank you for your time and responses.

I'm pretty sure this isn't in the memories...

How would one go about using these and these brushes? When you stamp (brush?) them on, then it's just that... big... color you have. Do you have to stamp (brush?) it as your base layer, paste your picture and then edit the picture so it fits in the big blob of color? Sorry if this was memories, but I just couldn't find it and I searched for a while :/

This is SUCH a stupid question but.....

In PS CS is there any ways to like 'save your steps' or make it easier?  For instance if theres like 10 icons I want to use the same coloring on, is there any way to shorten the 10 steps I do to make it like that?
