Colour layers, with optional use of curves (screen layers can be used for a substitute), and a Hue and Saturation layer.

Made in PSP8, five steps. Colour Fill, Hue and Saturation layers. Easily translated.
Made in Adobe Photoshop 7, but should be translatable to other programs that have a “Color Balance” option (I'll admit, having never used PSP, I'm not sure if it does or not). Requires basic knowledge of whatever program you’re using, but if you have any questions feel free to ask! :D

how can i achieve this color? i'm afraid i've lost the unedited version. i know it have something to do with selective coloring and all that shit .. but i'm not sure about tall the steps .. or most of them. any help is loved.
