Tutorial #2: Molly Weasley

I’m really, really not interested in working on my thesis right now, so have a tutorial instead!

Made in Adobe Photoshop 7, but should be translatable to other programs that have a “Color Balance” option (I'll admit, having never used PSP, I'm not sure if it does or not). Requires basic knowledge of whatever program you’re using, but if you have any questions feel free to ask! :D

can anyone point me in the direction of tutorials that can give me these results? i realise there's a scratch layer involved, however the colouring im not too certain about.
i use cs2 but the type of program doesnt really matter.

how can i achieve this color? i'm afraid i've lost the unedited version. i know it have something to do with selective coloring and all that shit .. but i'm not sure about tall the steps .. or most of them. any help is loved.

i use adobe photoshop elements 2.0, by the way. :]
