Diagonal lines

This is... probably really obvious, though I checked the Photoshop section of the memories (I have CS2) and didn't see anything.

How do I make diagonal lines like this:

by furious/hella

Just the repeating lines, not the gradient or anything.

I feel like I knew at one point, but I'm drawing a complete blank.

Also, to kill two birds with one stone: Is there any way to rotate brushes? For example, say I have an arrow brush that points down but I want it point left or right, diagonally, etc. Is there any way to do that without rotating the entire image?

Okay, I'm a little lost here.. any idea how I can get this colouring?
It's an old icon of mine but I forgot how I made it.. it LOOKS like a Lighten layer, but everything I try just washes out my base. Any clues?
(I'm working with PSP 8)

Thanks!

Photo-Realistic

I found this tutorial on the internet for Macromedia Fireworks and I'd really appreciate it if someone can help me figure out how I can get the same effect but using PS instead.

Thank you!

I use Photoshop CS 8

Photoshop Question

I use Photoshop 7 (Adobe)

Ive done this before but I have no idea what I did.

I am trying to put a do not remove tag to serveral images. How do I do that without having to put a tag on each seperate image.

Like example

I have 20 images.

I take the first image, place the tag where I want it to be, then it automatically copies onto the other 19.

Thanks in advanced

Brush Help!

I'm looking for the "scratchy brushes."

The black solid brushes with the little white/gray scratches.

Does anybody know who makes them or where I can find them?

Thank you in advance !

Hey everyone!

I'm sure this has been asked before and I've very sorry if this is a bothersome question. I was just wondering if anyone would happen to have a polaroid brush. I've been looking all over and I'm not sure where to look anymore. If anyone happens to know where I could locate one, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Oh yeah. I use Photoshop Elements 4.0 if you need to know that.
