Posting Icons

I feel a bit too much of an oldbie to be asking this, but I really want to get it right.

When posting (lots of) icons, people can put them in a sort of table thing, like this and this.

How do you do this?

And in case it's not the same thing, is there an easier way to load up dozens of icons in one post than image by image (uploading, copying, pasting, typing in size, etc...)? Coz I'd really love it if there was!

Hello! I'm looking for some tutorials that have guidelines of how to make good icons with PS without using Selective Coloring. I love Selective Coloring & make some nice icons with it but when it comes to making icons without it, I'm completely lost.
The best would be a tutorial that doesn't show a special coloring but how to get different effects with different techniques.

I'd really be glad if you could help me =)

Yes! This is indeed my first tutorial! I hope it comes out alright!

We'll be going from THIS to Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

I'm using ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7.0.
I have no clue if this is transferable. Sorry. ^^;
Level: Well, beginner with some knowledge of Photoshop.

stoke feature in ps cs 2

im sorry if it has been asked before but its really driving me crazy!

i always use the stroke feature to add a border round things in photoshop, but if i do a border of say.. 5 pixels, the edges end up rounded.

is there a way to add sharep, straight edged borders in photoshop?

Yellow caps

Made using Photoshop CS, not translatable.

diet requested a tuturial on working with QAF caps, but this works for all caps that are saturated with yellow.
I hope I succeeded in telling why I use certain settings, and not just give you some numbers to punch in.

I am ashamed!

I cannot believe I have forgotten how to do this, and considering how long I have had this community on my friends' list, I am ashamed to ask.

But . . .how would I go about making rounded borders in Photoshop 7?

I knew how to do it, but apparently I have forgotten how to do so. I looked in the memories and saw only how to do them for PSP. I searched back as far as I could and found nothing.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I don't understand how I could have forgotten how to make those rounded edges . . . argh!

Problem solved. Many thanks to christianpalko!
