Airbrushing tutorial?

Hi everyone. I'm looking for this specific tutorial that someone posted, maybe a month ago? It was in reply to a question someone asked, and the picture was of just a regular girl that they had found. I'm sorry I can't offer any other details. Any tutorial of this nature is appreciated, but I'd really like that specific one.

Thanks in advance

PSCS2 trouble/question

just wondering, is there a way to get a script effect like in PSP where you make the tutorial once & you can use it again without having to do it over? & where you press a button and it does all the new layers for you ? thank you to anyone who helps !

Brush help, please?

I'd like to know how to make brushes similar to the ones used on the icons under the cut, the scribble-like ones behind the text. Or maybe where I can find brushes like them? Any help would be very much appreciated. I use Photoshop CS2.

Hello all!

I love all of the icon tutorials here and I really like the affect of adding textures to them. However, I was wondering if anyone knew how to make and/ or a website that had good textures for larger pictures. (larger than a 100x100 pixel icon). I have a bunch of pictures that I have photoshopped and I would like to add textures to them but the gradients in photoshop are not too exciting if you know what I mean.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help! Happy photoshopping!

I made that icon using THIS tutorial. At the time, I had Photoshop CS2, and it worked wonderfully (compared to the tut). My computer crashed though, and I lost the copy of CS2 that I previously owned.

I used the same tut with my new Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0, and the icons came out totally wrong and dark.

My question: What am I doing wrong, and what can I do to get that same colouring on graphics using Elements 5.0?

CS3 Animation

I'm really sorry if this has been asked >_<

I have got CS3 Beta and I was wondering if it is possible to do animation in it. I've done all the actuall animation part but when I come to optimize it so I can make sure it is a gif and maybe lower the file size, I can't seem to find optomize tool anywhere.

Have I just been wasting my time or can you make actually save animations in CS3?

Edges? Ew?

Ok, I know this isn't exactly icon related, but here goes..
I use this 3d chat program and I like to take screen captures to make graphics, icons, etc, etc.

However, the images that are produced from the captures themselves are of.. low quality? For some reason they have very pixelated edges.. See photo:

Is there anything that can be done in Photoshop to keep it sharp, but with smoother edges? Even Gaussian blur doesn't really work, as it pretty much leaves the edges as they are, but blurs the rest. Is there anything that can soften the edges, but stay sharp? Techniques? Anyone?
