Help please

Hi, this is my first post here, but I've done a lot of tutorials. If this is post is wrong, let me know and I'll remove it.

I recently completed a tutorial but forgot to save it and now I can't find it. I have the icon I made so I'm wondering if someone can help me. I use psp so I know it didn't involve selective coloring. Thanks.

It's a Photoshop CS2 tutorial, but I'm sure it can be translated into other programs easily. And it's really simple, so even if you're a beginner, it shouldn't be a problem at all. :) And it is accompanied by images at every step.
