HELP ME!
Please help > how I can make this colouring:
Anyone have the tutorial?
Tutorial #2 - My favorite coloring technique
Here's a tutorial featuring my favorite coloring technique. I use this on almost all of my icons, as I like most of them to have a deep, rich coloring. It's really simple, and can be used with any image-editing program (aka translatable).
We'll be going from this: to this:

Mini Movies
What I was wondering was does anyone have a tutorial that will tell me, step by step, how to make a Mini Movie Icon, using either Image Ready or Animation shop.
Also, to screencapture I use VLC, how do i cap it so I can make the mini movie?
Sorry for being so difficult, but I gotta start somewhere, ^_^
Thanks.

please help!!!!!
Tutorial #4 - Frame creation for animation
this tutorial is a little different then alot of animation tutorials out there.
Now unlike most tutorials having to do with animation, this one will be more focusing on explaining the frames portion of the animation, then the actual animation part it self. Alot of talking about layers and actions and such.... I will basically be explaining how to get to the animating part, the "build-up" in other words so this tut should all be taking place in photoshop. If you need help with the actual animation part, check out the link I'm posting below to a tut by guest_age
Before I continue, I would like to thank and credit guest_age @
beth_icons for making THIS tutorial which partially helped me with making my base and choosing the right size for everything and helping me make my icons look as smooth as can be. :D And thanks to
heart_secret @
fireworkslove for making THIS tutorial which helped me make the best caps ever! XD
Rules:
- Please do not claim as your own.
I don't mind you not crediting but if someone asks how you made the icon, point them towards this tut!
- Do not copy exactly
I love to share my skills but please do not take the same pic, crop it exactly, follow the tut guide lines and claim that you made it! Thats just stupid!
- Other Thing's To Know
- Made in Photoshop 6.0 and Image Ready
- Actions portion of the tut requested by
- Newbie Friendly
- Image heavy
Take advantage of my knowledge this way...!

help, puh-lease [:
I'm having trouble with making an animated icon with ImageReady. I found an animation that I like already, so I changed its size to 100x100 and deleted the last frames since I didnt want them. Then, I made something on PS CS2 to add on (like my current icon for this pos, the 'nicest kids in town' part) and everytime I add it, all of the frams turn into that image from PS. How can I prevent that from happening and only add that image to the end and still keep the animation?
Here's an image of my problem if this helps..

I want it to be like the icon im using now, how can i keep the layers and add something from PS without preventing all of them to change?
Thanks mucho to whoever helps!

I have made a header for my LJ in the siye of about 400x800 and when I want to inser the font it is so tiny that I can hardly read it. Actually I can't. When I bring it up to 10000 it is readable but still not large enough for me. I know that myPS is doing this every now and then and usually it works noral after I close it down and start it again. But this time it won't do me the favor. So what is the problem? And I have tried nearly every single font I have. All the same problem. Anyone can help me?
How do I get the spotlight effect like this?

Additionally, I just want to note that this tutorial will probably look best with face pictures. It really makes the lips stand out. ;)
