Hey can anyone tell me how to resize GIFs to make them small enough to be able to put in my picture. Like for this one:

How can i make it small enough to be able to put it as my default picture? like do i need a program. or what?

How can I achieve this coloring?

I'm not sure what to call it, but I've always been interested in a coloring that wasn't too bright or didn't stand out much (I can't really explain), and I finally found something I liked via a PhotoBucket account. The problem is that I don't know how to get an image to look like it.

Here are a few examples:

Your Image Thumbnail Your Image Thumbnail Your Image Thumbnail

I use PS7.
{oc} remember those good old times?

Tutorial #2

So today a new post, but this time a tutorial, requested by masque_rose. I haven't saved the original psd file, so it isn't the exact result, but very close!

from that to this

The difference is very minor! The tutorial is based on another tutorial - with a few new steps and variations! It was made by trutdelamode and has been posted here

Using Seective Coloring, Sorry Gimp and PSP user! It is easy I think^^

Okay so I feel like I should know the answer to this but I don't.  I am wanting to use animations in some things, but I don't know where or how to get animations to use.  Does someone know??

adobe imageready question:

is there any way to save a high quality animation as a .gif without optimizing it? and without making the quality distorted and bad? is there any other format i could save as?
