So...I saw this icons at twilight_con and I really liked the effects on them. I'm courius, does anybody has a tutorial for something like that? I use Photoshop CS 2

Before my computer crashed I was able to get this coloring, but with this computer the coloring seems weird, I dont know if maybe i just forgot, or the computer makes a difference, anyways i was wondering if anyone knew how to get similar coloring to these icons. I use Photoshop Cs3
