Quick question.

In Photoshop CS3, when I crop an image to 100x100, there'll be a slight white border around the icon. It wasn't always like that, I haven't changed any settings lately, and I don't know how to get rid of it. Sometimes it'll be obvious on the icon, and others it won't, which I'm guessing is depending on how it's coloured.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

Programs Used: Photoshop 7 & Paint Shop Pro 10
Translatable: Everything except for the Selecting Coloring

Note: I use Photoshop 7 for the initial coloring and Paint Shop Pro 10 for everything after that. Everything should be pretty translatable though except for any selective coloring which can only be done in Photoshop.
