REBECCA T.

(no subject)

I'm not sure anyone here can help me, but it is icon related, so I am hopeful.

I recently started using Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended and while everything runs fine, but any file I save as a PNG, saves blank (as in when you open it, nothing is there) and when I try to open a PNG file that I created when I had CS 2, I get this error "could not complete your request because the file format module cannot parse the file"

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm really new to CS3 and have never come across anything like this. I need to be able to get to my old PNG files if nothing else since I do webdesign and all my old files are saved in that format, so altering them is virtually impossible at this point (not to mention PNG is my format of choice for icons as well). If someone could even just point me in the direction of where I can get help for this, it would be greatly appreciated.
