EDIT: I think it's not possible to solve this,but thanks to all the nice people who tried to help :)

I'm pretty new to icon making and I was trying to make an icon out of this pic of Colin Farrell and son James,is there any way to delete the grating without deleting the actual pic?

I use Photoshop CS
