how to go from
my very-very first step was something like that:
and i had my base from it (this step helped me to adjust my image).
now, begins the tut :).
- sharpen your image and, if you had a face, smooth skin:
- add this texture (i'm sorry but i don't remember who made it ç_ç):

- create a new layer and fill it with #A5DDF4, set it to color burn 10%:

- duplicate the base two times, desatured them and set it to screen 40% and then to soft light 66%:

- create a new layer and fill it with #223039, set it to exclusion 50%:

- create another layer and fill it with #FADFA8, set it to multiply 100%:

- create a black layer and set it to color 10%:
-->
- create a layer and fill it with #A5DDF4 on soft light 50%:

- another layer, #EADDCD on color burn 40%:
-->
- layer with #EEEEEE on color burn 30%:
-->
- then, duplicate the base, bring it to the top of your layers and set it to screen 50%:

- duplicate again, desatured and set it to soft light 74%:

- add a gradient (it is horrible XD but i made it and it also seems good) and set it to soft light 100%:

- create a layer and fill it with #EEEEEE, set it to soft light 20%:
- duplicate again your base. bring it to the top again and set it to soft light 20%:

- if you want, add some brushes or whatever. i only add a 1px border in black:
