Help? Black borders?!

I went through the memories, and a couple weeks of entries (I swear I saw this just recently) But I couldn't find it. Anyways, my question:

I use PS 7 and everytime I crop an icon there is a 1px black border around it. I hate putting borders in every icon, and I find this very annoying. Is there anyway I can make it go away?

I'm aware the answer is prob. very easy, and in front of my but i'm fustrated! Please and Thank you to anyone that helps.
