Font and colour help.

I need to make an icon that looks something like this:

Now what I need, if anyone can tell me, is the font. I may have found one similar but nothing exact. And also How would I create that glow effect around the letters. I'm using PSP 9.

I trust you guys on here because I've made some rather spifftastic icons using some of the tutorials, and I know you know your stuff.
