.1.Open up your picture and do nothing to it.
2.Create a new layer and fill with #D4F9FE and set to color burn.
3.Create another new layer and fill with #001F4A and set to exclusion.
4.Create a new layer and fill with #FEF7D4 and set to color burn.
5.Creat two more layers and fill both with #FFC0C0. set the bottom one to soft light and the top on to color burn.
6.Flatten, crop, add what you want and you are done!

1.Open up you picture and again, do nothing.
2.Create a new layer and fill with #0B2649 and set to exclusion.
3.Create another new layer and fill with #E9CFA1 and set to Multiply.
4.Create a Brightness/Contrast Adjustment Layer and set the contrast to +15.
5.Create a Channel Mixer Adjustment Layer and set to monochrome, mess around with it and see what suits your picture.
My settings:
Red: +80
Green: -4
Blue: +20
6.Set that layer to Hard Light.
7.Flatten, crop, what you want, and you are done.
