Everytime I click to use my brush or eraser and try and draw on the screen it comes up with an error that says "Could not complete your request because of a program error". This only happens when I'm trying to do something on a layer I've created. If I paste a layer or duplicate a layer I already have I can use the brush. However if I make a new layer and try to use a brush the error comes up. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
