Paint Shop Pro X help

I have Paint Shop Pro X and I'm having a huge problem with it today, I hope someone can help.

Yesterday I made some colour bars and everything worked fine and looked normal but today I went to add some text to something and I noticed that the material palette on the right seems to be higher up than normal and when I went to add the text the options at the top seemed squashed and I clicked on all of the little arrows and I can't find the option for choosing whether you want it to be vector, floating or a selection and I need that back.

I took a screencap of it and I'm hoping you can see what I mean

Does anybody have a solution please or know what is going on?

It should be under that first arrow after Direction. If you still can't find it, you could try resetting your workspace to default. Under File->Workspace->Load. Then select the Default one, it'll put your workspace back to the way it was when you first installed the program.

I would then set everything up the way you like and save a new workspace incase this ever happens again.

I couldn't find it still even clicking that so I did what you suggested about resetting my workspace and it worked, it is now as good as new. Thank you sooo much for your help, I can make my icons again now :)
