I'll try to make this as understandable as I possibly can.

Okay, I'll use the 3rd icon under "non-animated" as my example.

I know that you'd use a blend mode to get the color effect used on the word 'music'. But my question is, how do you make it so the shadow/glow behind 'music' isn't part of the blend mode and still clearly visible?
