PSP Users: Doesn't it stink that we don't have selective coloring to make all those beautiful bluish-toned icons? I, myself am a PSP user and am constantly having troubles finding PSP tutorials to garner the same selective coloring effect.
I've been looking for tutorials for the past while now, with little success...so i send it to you. Anyone know of some good PSP tutorials aimed at achieveing the selective coloring effect? Any help is appreciated! Thanks :)
