First, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation... and set it to Saturation: +53 and Lightness: +15
Make a new layer and fill it with FFFF00, then set it to soft light.
Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring...
REDS cyan:+100/magenta:+62/yellow:+100/black:+100
YELLOWS cyan:+90/magenta:-17/yellow:-60/black:+100
CYANS magenta:-55/yellow:+100/black:+100
NEUTRALS cyan:+100/magenta:+60/yellow:-98/black:+28
Again, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring...
REDS yellow:+88
YELLOWS cyan:-100/yellow:-9/black:+4
NEUTRALS cyan:-14/magenta:-6/black:+2
BLACK cyan:-100/yellow:+100/black:+100
THIS STEP IS OPTIONAL, do this if you want to get the coloring on the second icon
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Coloring...
REDS cyan:+27/magenta:-6/yellow:+22/black:+8
YELLOWS cyan:-100/magenta:-66/yellow:-100
NEUTRALS cyan:-26/magenta:-7/yellow:+18/black:+13
or Now just paste this: texture (by peoplemachines), set it to screen and duplicate it 3 times and voila, you're done!
