Tutorial; Sawyer

Going from to

Translatable to my knowledge.
Colour layers, with optional use of curves (screen layers can be used for a substitute), and a Hue and Saturation layer.
Made in PSP8.

01; Get an image, crop and resize.

02; For this step, I used curves (layers>new adjustment layer>curves).  Create a new point in RGB.

CHANNEL: RGB
INPUT: 129
OUTPUT: 229

(For those who don't have/understand curves, instead, you can duplicate the base twice, and set them both to screen for a similar result)

03; Create a new raster layer, and fill it with #9FE3EC () and set it to Burn; Opacity 40

04; Create another raster layer, and fill it with #D4E3D0 () and set it to Soft Light; Opacity 70

05; Create another raster layer, and fill it with #E5D4BD () and set it to Multiply; Opacity 35

06; Yet another raster layer, fill it with #001B70 () and set it to Exclusion; Opacity 30

07; Create one last raster layer, and fill it with #8FE1FF () and set it to Soft Light; Opacity 40

08; Create a new Hue and Saturation layer (Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue and Saturation) and raise the Saturation by 33.

09; Duplicate your base image, and drag it to the top, and set it to Soft Light; Opacity 35

To finish off, you can sharpen it, add textures, text, brushes and so on.

I hope someone finds it useful, and I'd love to see results! Also, happy to answer any questions... if I can. x)
