(Note: Do adjust some stuff according to you own base as this is just a guide. Eg. Opacities, etc.) :)

1) Duplicate your base and set as soft light.
2) Repeat step 1 [Duplicate your base and set as soft light.]
3) Create a new layer, floodfill with d4ffc9, set as Multiply 100%
4) Create a new layer, floodfill with 000637, set as Exclusion 100%
5) Create a new layer, floodfill with d3fffc, set as Colour Burn 100%
6) Create a new layer, floodfill with fed3ff, set as Soft Light 100%
7) Duplicate base, bring to top, set radius to 4.5, set as Overlay, 100%.
8) Save your work & you're done. o(^^,)o
