First, take your base.
Then, duplicate your base and set them to SCREEN until it is as bright as you want it (I did mine twice).
Create a new layer, fill it with #fcedd6, and set it to MULTIPLY.
Create a new layer, fill with #2fd2fb, and set it to SOFT LIGHT.
Then, go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>COLOR BALANCE, and put in the follow for MIDTONES: 17, 7, -30.
Then, go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>HUE/SATURATION/LIGHTNESS, and set SATURATION to 17.
Then go to LAYERS>NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER>BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST, and set CONTRAST to 16.
And you're done! Now wasn't that easy?
