I saw the question for it and figured since no one was able to answer I should do a tutorial for it.
Okay start with your frame here is the one used for this tutorial
Now change the image mode (in PS this is under ajustments) to RGB. After this select the white parts of the frame.
Moving on its time to open you image choice here is the one used in this tutorial.
Going over to the frame find the dimestions of the selection. In PS I do this by copying and then "creating" a new peice. In the width & height options is your dimentions. Crop your image according to that.
Now after some coloring heres our image.
Merge & copy the image. Now in the frames document go to Edit >> Paste into. Now merge and I would suggest using .png to save it! It wont take away the crispness of the frame but the image wont diminsed either.
