Others:

including .PSD for you lazy buggers.

Starting with my cap:

Screened it, I didn't softlight because it.. well, it didn't need it but you can do it if you want.

Then I added a hue/saturation layer.. main sat +20

Then a channel mixer layer:
RED:
+96
+12
-7

GREEN:
+4
+99
-5

BLUES:
leave the same.

New curves layer.
BLUE:
in: 42, out: 51
in: 157, out: 142

New selective colour layer:
RED:
-48, 0, +55, 0
YELLOW:
+46, -27, -78, 0
GREEN:
0, 0, 0, -100
CYAN:
0, 0, 0, -100
BLUE:
0, 0, 0, -100
MAGENTA:
0, 0, 0, -100
NEUTRALS:
+14, -8, -12, -5
BLACK:
0, 0, 0, +40

COLOUR BALANCE:
midtones: +22, +2, +3
shadows: -12, -8, +11
highlights: -4, +5, -12

Others (with tweaked settings):

Please comment if you download the .PSD .. that would be muchly appreciated.
