Step One: Grab your base. I'll be using this photo of Super Junior's Yesung. X3
Step Two: Make a new layer(Shift+Ctrl+N). Fill it with #705130. Set the blending mode to Exclusion, opacity 46%.
Step Three: Make another layer. Fill it with #2570c3. Set the blending mode to Color Burn, opacity 28%.
Step Four: Make a Curves layer. >Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Curves. RGB: First Point/Output: 76, Input: 53. Second Point/Output: 201, Input: 189
Step Five: Merge all your layers, do this by hitting Alt+Ctrl+Shift+E on your keyboard. Now go to >Filter, Other, High Pass. Now this all depends on your picture, I put my settings to the highest. What your trying to do is illuminate the face, so set the settings to whichever suits your picture. =) Now set the blending mode to Pin Light, opacity 80%.
Step Six: Make a new layer. Fill it with #00032a. Set the blending mode to Exclusion, opacity 33%.
Step Seven: Make a Levels layer. >Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Levels. Apply the following,
Input Levels: 38, 1.22, 246
Step Eight: Make a Selective Coloring layer. >Layer, New Adjustment Layer, Selective Coloring. Apply the following,
Step Nine: Make a new layer. Fill it with #705130. Set the blending mode to Vivid Light, opacity 32%.
Step Ten: Scroll down to your background layer, duplicate it; & bring it all the way to the top. Set the blending mode to Soft Light.
