Open up your picture and crop it down to 100x100.
And you can sharpen it if you wish, though I didn't.
Next make a new fill layer and fill it with #d0c350 and set it to softlight 100%.
Make another new fill layer and fill it with #c6bbcf and set it to multiply 100%.

Make an selective coloring layer and use the following settings;

REDS:
-100,+100,0,0

Take This texture.
And set it to lighten 10%.

Next make a Chanel mixer layer and use the following settings;

RED;
+100,-20,-20
GREEN;
-4,+100,+14
BLUE;
0,0,+130

Make a new color fill layer and fill it with,
#acacac and set it to multiply 17%.

Make one last selective coloring layer and use the following settings;

YELLOWS:
-17,+86,0,0
CYANS;
-85,-100,0,0

Next make another Chanel mixer layer and use the following settings;

RED;
+95,0,0
GREEN;
-4,+88,+14
BLUE;
0,0,+130

Finally take This last texture which is white and place it at screen 15%.
