Don't know if it can be translated

#1: Choose your image and crop it as you like

#2: Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 70% (it depends on the darkness of your base)

#3: Duplicate again and set the new layer to Luminosity 70% (you can change this as you wish)

#4: Create a Fill Solid Color layer #DBFBFF and set it to Color burn 100%

#5: Create another Fill Solid Color layer #FFE1C8 and set it to Multiply 100%

#6: Create a Selective Colouring layer
- Reds: -100, +25, +100, 0
- Yellows: +100, 0, -40, 0
- Whites: +100, -5, -50, 0
- Neutrals: -10, 0, -6, 0

#7: Create a Curves layer
- First point: In(126), Out(153)
- Second point: In(173), Out(193)

#8: Create a Hue/Saturation layer
Saturation +20

#9: Create another Selective Colouring layer
- Reds: -15, 0, 0, 0
- Whites: +100, 0, -100, 0

#10: Create a Brightness/Contrast layer
Brightness -10
Contrast +5

And done!
