ICON TUTORIAL #1:

Ok pick your icon(100x100)
Duplicate your base and set it to SCREEN ; OPACITY 60%
Go to LAYER > NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER > SELECTIVE COLOR
colors:reds
Cyan: -42
Magenta: + 14
Yellow: -18
Black: +28
colors:yellow
Cyan: +23
Magenta: +22
Yellow: -32
Black: -17
colors:neutrals
Cyan: +19
Magenta: 9
Yellow: -4
Black: +5

colors:blacks
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +15
Yellow: +100
Black: +16
Create a new layer #000B51 and set it to EXCLUSION ; OPACITY: 50%
New layer #510006 set to LIGHTEN ; OPACITY 33%
Now we've got three more step and it's over:)
Ok,another SELECTIVE COLOR
colors:reds
Cyan: -100
Magenta: + 27
Yellow: +63
Black: +16
colors:neutrals
Cyan: +33
Magenta: +4
Yellow:+9
Black: +3
now go to HUE/SATURATION and set te saturation to +23
LAST STEP
Go to Brightness/Contrast and set Brightness to +9
