Okay first of all select the image that you want to work with, you can crop the image to the size that you want, or just work with it in it's normal size and then crop it.

Before start adding the colouring, we need to apply this settings to the image
Image > Adjustments > Auto Levels
Image > Adjustments > Auto Contrast
Image > Adjustments > Auto Colour

1~ Duplicate the layer and set it to "Sof Light"

2~ Selective Color

REDS
Cyan > +36
Magenta > +13
Yellow > +36
Black > -6

YELLOWS
Cyan > +100
Magenta > +67
Yellow > -63
Black > +20

MAGENTAS
Cyan > +22
Magenta > +20
Yellow > -29
Black > +76

WHITES
Cyan > +40
Magenta > +17
Yellow > +39
Black > -24

BLACKS
Cyan > +20
Magenta >-+2
Yellow > -20
Black > +7

3~ Image > Adjustments > Photo Filter
Add this color "ac7a33" and set it at 25% of density and check the "Preserve Luminosity" box

4~ Image > Adjustments > Color Balance
MIDTONES
-42; 0; +10

5~ Image > Adjustments > Curve
RGB
Point 1:
Input > 182
Output > 188

Point 2:
Input > 91
Output > 85

6~ Add some textures
Photobucket
Set it to "SCREEN"
