I'm kind of scared to ask the person who made it, mainly because I have acute social anxiety, and I feel like I'm bothering them if I do.
I think the coloring is gorgeous, so I want to do a coloring like, or very similar to it!
The help would be very much appreciated! I'm using Photoshop 7.0.
