Ok Get you base ready, the best quality possible.


Get a new selective colourig layer:
With these settings-

REDS:
cyan= -19
Magenta= -14
Yellow= 100
Black= 100

WHITES
Cyan= 100
Magenta= 49
Yellow= -53
Black= 3

Neutrals
Cyan= -10
Magenta=0
Yellow= 9
Black=-8

BLACK
Cyan= 100
Magentas= 0
Yellow= 27
Black= 9



New Hue/Sat layer:
These Settings-
sat= 27



New curves layer
RGB=
Input- 173
Output-188

Blue=
Input-132
Output-152



New Channel Mixer laer
REDS
Red-96

BLUE
Blue- 110


New selective colour layer.

reds
Cyan-0
Magentas- 0
Yellow-100
Blue-100

Yellow
Cyan-44
Magenta-0
Yellow-48
Blue-18

Blues-
Cyan-100
Magenta-35
Yellow-0
Blue-100



New Brightness/contrast Layer
Brightness: 10
Contrast: 5



Now duplicate base layer, bring to top, motion blur it
angle 0 and distance 5.
Set that layer to soft light.



Then make a new layer for a brush, use a 70px soft
round brush and set to gaussian blur, Radius- 24

AND FINISHED!
